Jody

$60.00

Jody is a middle-aged, brown and white tabby boy with heart FULL of love! He adores belly rubs and will flip over and roll on his back when you rub his belly. He is incredibly calm, sweet, social, affectionate, and loveable. Jody prefers a quiet, calm household, but is very easy-going and amazingly tolerant around children.

Jody was in foster care and lived with many foster cat siblings. In that environment he lived in a small bedroom with all of his male foster siblings. He was adopted in June 2024 with one of his friends, ZeeZee, a playful, sweet girl, and adapted well to his new surroundings.

Unfortunately, his new dad had a significant job change, making it impossible to adequately be present for Jody and ZeeZee—and the two were returned to The Casual Cat Cafe. His dad said Jody always loved getting petted, a quiet spot to curl up in, and a kitty cuddle buddy.

Because of his upbringing and social nature, Jody’s future home needs to have a kitty companion for him—otherwise, he may become quite lonely even if he enjoys human company. He loves making friends with other cats, and would feel much more comfortable and happy with another kitty to curl up and snuggle with from time to time. If you’re thinking of adopting him, please consider adopting his friend ZeeZee, as well (especially if you don’t already have a cat)!

Jody is a fantastic companion, is very deserving of a forever home, and will make a great addition to your family.

Jody arrived at the Casual Cat Café on 8/10/2024. Jody has an estimated birthdate of 2/27/2014.

The wonderful Jody is sponsored by Tracey Kunkler. If you are interested in adopting him, please fill out this digital form. He is neutered, chipped, and up to date on shots. The chip from 24-Pet Watch will need to be transferred to into his new owner's name.

Their adoption fee compensates his foster for a FIV/FELV test, basic as-needed vaccinations and boosters (such as rabies), treatment for worms and fleas, spay/neuter surgery, and a microchip.
